Proud owners, Miguel and Elvia Fletes, with over thirty years of experience in the fine Mexican cuisine inherited mouth-watering recipes from Elvia’s parents and grandparents originally from the states of Colima and Jalisco in the country of Mexico.

Their vision in the restaurant industry started in 1991 in the great State of Washington where their first come-true dream restaurant was successfully established. During the following 15 years, their Mexican restaurant in the State of Washington served thousands of satisfied customers. They wanted to expand and started looking for other cities where they could satisfy the appetite of those who enjoy Authentic Fine Mexican Food.
